Pakistan faces an education crisis of unprecedented proportions with nearly half of all children of school-going age out of school. In our new study, 25 Million Broken Promises: The Crisis of Pakistan’s Out-of-School Children, we attempt to introduce clarity to the debate. Using publicly available statistics, this report analyses the data to calculate the number of OOSC in the country.
