Government’s top priority is construction and reinstatement of schools

Peshawar: The Khyber Agency Political Administration Tehsil Bara’s top priority is the construction and reinstatement of schools so that all the educational facilities of girls’ education would be made possible. The Political Administration has completed construction and reinstatement work of government girls Middle School Fazal-ur-Rehman village. Under this project, the administration has built two additional rooms, carried out electric work, and has provided furniture for teachers and girls. 240 students and seven teachers will benefit due to this project.

Security issues in government schools of Haripur

Haripur: There are lots of security issues in the government schools of Haripur. The CCTV Cameras are for decoration only and all the barriers of main gates have damaged. The government has given a security plan in which PTC funds were utilized to make the school’s boundary wall higher and CCTV Cameras were installed in schools and barriers were put on entry gates. Guards were appointed on schools’ main gates and roofs but these security measures have not been followed in Haripur.

Student Federations rejects recent results of Malakand Board

Chakdara: All student federations have rejected Malakand Board’s recent Inter Results and demanded re-checking of papers. They said that in this Inter results, there are 14 position holders from the same college in Top 20 Position Holders, which seems that the chairman board has given a proof of his loyalty with Jamat-e-Islami Provincial Assembly Member and Finance Minister by assigning 14 positions to a one class of Islamia College Temar Garra.

Memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed for fee concession

Strict Notice against a teacher for beating a student

Student and Teachers’ lives in danger due to crumbling condition of School

Temar Garra: The Government Boys High School was built in 1969 and now its building is in the worst condition; it may collapse at anytime due to which lives of both students and teachers are in danger. The Vice Mr. Nazim Imran Muhammad and Councilor Jihan Zada and others have demanded from the Provincial Government to reconstruct the building as soon as possible as it can collapse any time, causing danger for student lives.

Government to establish universities, sub-campuses in every district

Islamabad: The federal government has decided to set up 66 universities in the neglected areas of the country to provide educational facilities to the low income segments of the society. It has been revealed in a government document available with Daily Times that the government has also earmarked huge funds for setting up these university campuses in the far-flung areas of the country where the people are deprived of higher education.

Demand for Recommendation to regularize Adhoc Lecturers

Peshawar: Khyber Pakhtunkhuwa Government has demanded recommendation from Public Service Commission to regularize Fata 2013 Adhoc Lecturers or to extend their service. District Khuzdar: The President Women Development Educational Society Mr. Nouman Zehri and General Secretary Mr. Zubair Jan Zehri showed concerns over the inactiveness of Khuzdar Medical College due to political interference. Deprivation of facilities in Government High school Hazarah town; reduction in number of students

EDO Education directs for action against irresponsible Education Heads

Free Education for special children in PEF Partner Schools

District Bahawalpur: The Punjab Education Foundation has decided to provide free Education of 1251 special children with financial support of Special Education Department in 194 partner Schools of 7 Districts. 268 Teachers of PEF partners Schools have been trained to facilitate the Children.
