Govt releases Rs 271.012 billion for development projects under PSDP

Questions raised about accountability in SWD, STEVTA

Science student issued Arts Matriculation Certificate

Mohsanwall: The Multan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education issued an Arts Certificate to a student Mohammed Adnan Latif, who had appeared in the examination with Science subjects, and when the said student approached the Board, Ahsan Gujjar, a clerk at the Board said that the answer sheets of the student had been lost.  The student said that he had not been able to take admission in the college for the past 3 years and he should be issued result with Science subjects.

Government teacher determined to fail CM’s Parrho Punjab, Barrho Punjab Programme

Mohsanwall: The resident families of Chak No.128/15L have given an application to the EDO Education that a teacher named Mussarrat of Govt. Struggle to be continued for promotion of Education: Alif Ailaan

District Thatto: A meeting was held by Alif Ailaan Local Sports Organization where report was presented about closure of the schools in District Thatto. Protest rally against ghost teachers

District Badin: Matli Ithad and other residents of the villages stood against Ghost Teachers. They organized protest rally against them and demanded for their regular attendance in the schools. On the occasion they told media that more than 250 Ghost Teachers are getting their salary at their homes by providing monthly bribe to the Supervisors and other Education Officers. Government Girls Primary School closed since 23 years

District Larkana: Government Girls Primary School village Jurio Chandio is closed since 23 years, but Education Department is silent to take any action to restore it. The Teachers are getting salary at their homes without attending it even for a single day in month. The villagers protested and demanded for restoration of their village school.

Ninth Matric Examinations starting from today

Sukkur: The examinations of ninth and matric class are starting from today under high security measure and law and order imposition. The local Photo State machines are warned to be closed during examination due to their involvement in cheating. 210 Examination centers have been established in all the Talukas of Sukkur District where about one lec students would appear in the examination.

Students charged with fees on their Examination Slips

District Kahirpur Mirs: The Students of Government High School village Thakratho has been charged with 300 rupees for receiving their examination slips. The fee has been charged by their school head master. On contact Head Master of the School told that due to shortage of examination facilities, the fee is charged from the students. On the other hand students of the school protested against illegal charging of fee and demanded from Sindh Education Minister Mr. Nisar Ahmed Khuhro to take notice and resolve issue.
