A tale of displaced students in Hamza constituency!

Nurses stage protest for PNC certificates

Every child to be in schools by 2018 under “Parrho Punjab, Barrho Punjab”

Lahore: CM Shehbaz Sharif, while inaugurating the “Parrho Punjab, Barrho Punjab” Programme has said that every child will be enrolled in schools by 2018.  The children were given school stationery, books, and bags also.  He announced to adopt a school in the rural area of Lahore and told Chief Secretaries, Secretaries, Commissioners, RPOs, DCOs and DPOs to adopt a school.

Headmaster kills teacher by hitting iron rod

Mian Channoon: Headmaster Mohammed Iqbal of Govt. Primary School Chak No.89/15-L, killed a teacher of his own school by hitting iron rod while the teacher was taking rest on a mat.  The Headmaster later handed himself over to the police and told the police that the said teacher was sending complains to the Education Department against him.

Teacher blackmails by fake Facebook accounts, tortured by people

Multan: Mukhtar Hussain, an IT teacher and resident of Chotti Zereen was tortured by people for blackmailing them by creating Facebook accounts and extorting money.  A resident Ameer Bakhsh also gave an application to FIA.  Said teacher refuted charges and said he highlights problems of the area and Ameer Bakhsh is a drug seller.

More than sixty Schools closed; Teachers on Visa

District Tando Allahyar: More than 60 Schools of Chimbar are closed and Teachers are on visa due to carelessness of Education Department. The closed schools include Bakhshu Hajano, Khabar Panhwar, Jarki Mori, Began Jarwar, Masu Jarwar, Masu Bozdar, Dad Jarwar and other villages. The children of the villages are engaged in field activities and raring animals. The villagers have demanded from Supreme Court and Sindh Education Minister to take notice and restore these schools.

District Badin: Government Primary School village Chand Pur near Jhol is closed since five years. The villagers protested and told that furniture and other material of the school is taken away by thieves. Ghost Teachers are getting salary without attending school; SMC budget is grabbed. District Sukkur: Thirteen Government Primary Schools along with five girls schools of Taluka Salihpat are turned to cattle farms and grain stores. Only one School is restored on the notice of Commissioner and other schools are still under problems. School closure has confined students to their homes. Hyderabad: The leader of Taleem Bachayo Sindh Bachayo Tahreek Mr. Muhammad Naeem Noorani has announced movement against Privatization of Schools of Hyderabad and Sindh. Sindh Government confessed; 4000000 children out of schools: Zahida Dahri

Sindhi Aurat Tanzeem General Secretary Ms. Zahida Dahiri has declared that children even today are deprived of their basic right of getting Primary Education. She said that Sindh Government has confessed that forty lac children are out of schools, but government did not take any step for sending them to schools and reducing drop out ratio of the students.

Service Tribunal cancelled application against Management Cadre system

Management Cadre System case was sent to Sindh High Court but it was not solved, then it was sent to service tribunal. The application against management cadre system has been cancelled by the tribunal on the grounds of education policy and authority of bringing change in the policy. The tribunal has announced decision in the favor of management cadre system.  Whereas on the decision, GSTA has decided to knock the doors of Supreme Court.
