ANF commanders set to curb narcotics usage among students

The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) Commanders Conference concluded here at ANF headquarters on Tuesday. At primary level, the children are reading and writing in English only in private schools but in government schools the medium is Urdu or even the local dialect. We have to make the education system of government schools better than private one. District Larkana: The condition of Government Primary School Shaikh Zaid colony one is in poor condition. Its class rooms are crumbling; their pieces are falling. The compound wall is cracked. No compound wall for Government Boys College

District Sanghar: Government Boys College Pir Sabgat ul Allah Shah Rashidi was built in 1962, but it was affected in the floods of 2011. The compound wall if the collage is damaged; the inside roads of the college are destroyed. Students have to face difficulties. On contact College Principal Mr. Muhammad Siddique Unar told that compound wall is damaged and students have to face difficulties. He has informed Secretary Education about its condition.

Number of schools closed in Khursheed Shah’s area: Report

District Sukkur: A Seminar was held with the cooperation of World Vision and District Support Group, where it was declared that condition of education in Sukkur is worst. The schools of Salih pat, Thakratho, pano akil and new Sukkur are closed; teachers are free of duties and busy in their personal business. Most of the schools are under shortage of furniture, drinking water, washrooms, teachers and books. The political involvement has ruined education of sukkur and its areas.

Secretary Education installed Biometric system in Hyderabad Division

Hyderabad: For knowing the attendance of ghost Teachers in Sindh, Biometric System was introduced in different districts of Sindh. The same system has been installed in Hyderabad division for the verification of Ghost Teachers. Secretary Education Mr. Fazal Ul Allah Pechuho inaugurated biometric system in Directorate of Education Hyderabad. He said on the occasion the syetem has been installed to promote Education in Sindh.

Most of Schools closed out of 132; thousands of girls deprived of Education in Kunri

District Umarkot: Thousands of Girls from Taluka Kunri are deprived of Primary Education due to closure of schools. Most of the schools of Union council Sher Khan Chandio and Union Council Talhi are closed; teachers are on Visa System and they are not willing to attend schools. There are 181 female teachers and most of them belong to city, so they are not willing to attend schools in rural area. On the other hand Taluka Education Office Kunri has declared that all schools of Taluka Kunri are running. Whereas, on the other hand, Assistant Commissioner Kunri has said that school management is not satisfactory and attendance is unsatisfactory.
