Conduction of talent scholarship test for poor & underprivileged students

Sakhakot: A talent scholarship test was held for the poor & underprivileged students in Sakhakot. The test was supervised by Principal Fazal Kareem; the Board of Directors were also present. This test is for poor students who are unable to afford an education. On the occasion Mr. Fazal Kareem said that these students will get a scholarship & free education on the basis of the test so they will be able to serve the country in a better way.

Attempt to sell more than 4 thousand government books

Hangu: An attempt was made to sell more than 4 thousand government books in Hangu, but proved to be unsuccessful. Two culprits were arrested, who were directly involved in the heinous crime. The SHO Police Centre Hangu Amjad Hussain took all the books in his possession and showed these books to media & said that these 2 culprits were arrested from a pickup vehicle and the 4000 government books which are not for sale.

Contract of 294 employees extended for 6 months in the education department

Peshawar: The Education Department has extended the contract of 294 employees for 6 months. These employees include senior TT, IT teachers & Computer Lab In charge (male & female). They will be on duty now till 30th December, 2016.

Chaotic system of Timargara girls Degree College - no principal and teachers

Lower Dir: The whole system of Timargara Girls College has become chaotic, due to an absent Principal. He is not coming to the college, due to some joint problem & dealing with all college matters in a 15 minutes phone call.  There are only 14 teachers in college for 1600 students. Moreover, subject teachers for Zoology, Computer & Economics, Mathematics, Chemistry and Pashto are not provided to students due to which students are unable to study these subjects, and this is making the students anxious about their future.

Dr. Bakhtiar takes charge as the Vice Chancellor of Gomal University

D.I.Khan: The Department of Higher Education KP has appointed Dr. Bakhtiar as the Vice Chancellor of Gomal University, D.I.Khan. His appointment was based in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa University Ordinance for two years.

Mardan Board Inter results, parents demand an inquiry

Mardan: Parents have shown surprising behavior over the Inter result and demanded from the Chief Minister and Minister for Education to take impartial inquiry measures against the board as Examination Controller & Assistant Controller were absent and in their absence staff has prepared the result. This is the first result issued without the signs of the controller. Parents said that unlikely students have got the top 20 positions.

Many schools are closed in Hassanzai area: Molvi Muhammad Akram

335 appointment letters distributed among selected candidates

Protest against the poor quality of education in School

District Sujawal: The residents of Jati stood against the senseless education process in Government High School Jati, declaring that 5 to 6 teachers are available in place of 28. District Thatta: More than 500 students of Government Primary School Pir Muhammad Brohi reached the school after the summer vacation was over, but they remained deprived of a building. Even its alternate building was destroyed. They students had to sit on the ground and study.
