Rawalpindi: Government has decided to make private school regulatory authority for all the private educational institutions, to resolve their problems and make a uniform policy for the institutes.

Karachi: In order to solve the issues of load shedding and absence of power supply at many schools, which has adversely affected performance of teachers and students, the education department has finalized arrangements to install solar panels at around 40,000 government schools in the province.

Directives to expedite development work in educational institutes
Islamabad: An inspection meeting was held to inspect the development work of 422 federal education institutes under Prime Minister’s Reform Support Program. Directives were also issued to expedite the development work and bring to completion by 31st December.

School building in dilapidated state
The building of main primary school of village Jalab Dero, near Drigh Bala, has reached to collapsing condition; while its students have to sit under tree and get education. Higher authorities were informed about crumbling condition of the building, but no heed was paid.
