Qaumi Watan Party MPA Mohammad Ibrar has said that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government would construct 70 schools in Mansehra district during the current year. “Of the total 70 schools 47 are being built in Tanawal, as the provincial government wants to put backward areas on the path of progress and development through education.

NCHD has imparted education to 3.84 million adults in 164, 190 Literacy Centers


The National Commission for Human Development (NCHD) has imparted education among 3.84 million adults in its 164,190 adult literacy centres, said NCHD Chairperson Razina Alam Khan here on Sunday. PMDC to conduct surprise inspections of  medical colleges

182 Madrassas sealed for fanning extremism


The law-enforcement agencies (LEAs) have sealed 182 madrassas (seminaries) for fanning extremism and also frozen one billion rupees funds of proscribed militant groups. More than 300 educational institutions had been sealed while 348 other schools have declared sensitive and 207 most sensitive across the Punjab due to poor security. Ghazi University refuses premises for examination center for LL.B. exams
