Opposition leader of Balochistan, Molana Abdul Wasey has said that the academic institutes of Balochistan are still lacking in the basic facilities. Even after the lapse of one month since academic session began, classes have not been started in Nawa Kali and its adjacent areas.

Matric exams start from today

The matric exams will start in all over Sindh from today. In Karachi, 112 vigilance teams have been formed to monitor the exams. This year, the number of examination Centre’s has been reduced to 382. Quite strangely, the exams in Sindh will continue without Controller of Examinations’ vacant posts filled in all the boards of Sindh. In Mirpur Khas, 127 examinations Centre’s have been set up. The Board of Secondary Education, Karachi (BSEK), despite not having a full-fledged secretary and controller of examinations, is set to commence examinations for class nine and Matriculation from Monday (today). Special examination Centre’s have also been set up in jails for the imprisoned candidates. The question papers will be sent to sensitive Centre’s in strict security protection.

Teacher promotions conditioned to their trainings

District Multan:  According to a report, the District of Multan has 1396 registered schools, whereas 1408 schools are still unregistered. Teacher promotions conditioned to their trainings

District Rahim Yar Khan: The Government of Punjab has conditioned the teacher promotion and up-gradation with the teachers’ trainings.  The Trainings of Teachers in Mathematics, Science and English will begin from the 1st of April and will continue during the next Academic Year. No action against 1408 unregistered schools

District Multan:  According to a report, the District of Multan has 1396 registered schools, whereas 1408 schools are still unregistered. The Education Department has not yet begun the action against the unregistered schools. The EDO Multan told the Press that the owners of the unregistered private schools are very cunning and shrewd people and they know how to find a way out to dodge the law.  The Education Department has issued notice to the 40 schools.

Negligence of Education Department in upgrading of a Primary School

Shifting of security funds to other projects
