Jamrud: Haji Nadar Khan Girls Primary school in Jamrud has been deprived of staff for the last 15 years and the school is in the worst possible condition. There are no facilities in schools; they lack furniture, fans, electricity, drinking water, toilets, and doors of rooms for the 200 students of the school. Moreover, there are 3 teachers in schools who are neither honest nor sincere to their duties. These views were expressed by local people, who said that there are no facilities for students in these schools due to which students’ future seems dark.

KPK allocates Rs 1 billion to uplift education

No NGO will be allowed to run its own policies in Education Department

Peshawar: Jamat-e-Islami Khyber Pakhtunkhuwa Ameer Mushtaq Ahmad Khan said that they will meet the Chief Minister for resolving the issues of Regularity Authority and fifth grade examination and won’t allow any NGO to run their policies in the Education Department. He was addressing this in a meeting in which many other professors were also present. He further said that private educational institutes are playing great role in education. The Government must appreciate and encourage their efforts rather than discourage them.
