CTD scans 22 madressahs in Pindi

The staff of Counterterrorism Department (CTD) and the police on Friday visited 22 madressahs in Rawalpindi district to check the record and other details of foreign students studying there. President removes FUUAST vice-chancellor

President Mamnoon Hussain removed the vice-chancellor of Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science and Technology (FUUAST), Dr Zafar Iqbal, from his post on Sunday.

PU ‘gimmickry aimed at improving its ranking’

Experts concerned over decreasing service tenure of the Vice Chancellors

Landlord breaking school roads

Bahawalpur: The residents of the area have appealed to the DCO Bahawalpur that Malik Allah Rakha, a local landlord is breaking roads leading to Govt. Girls Primary School Haji Khameesa, and Govt. Low grade teachers getting high salaries; investigation

Larkana: The Inspection Team of Chief Minister has issued letter to 522 JST, PST and HST Teachers against their high salaries. The concerned Head Masters are bound to bring the record of 118 HST, 214 PST and 78 JST including others on 17 and 18 August in Deputy Commissioner Office. It is reported that lower grade teachers are drawing high salaries by reducing their ages and other records.
